| Well, things aren't going so well for me this semester. Usually I can get pretty good grades no matter what. However, math is presenting itself to be ever problematic for me. You think they would have good teachers to teach the future educators. But no. One doesn't want to teach, one is a psycho, and one leaves what he calls the "slow" ones behind. Well one of the slow ones is me. And I don't appreciate it. I think I bombed my test but since professors tend to not like using blackboard(which I think they should be forced to do) I don't know. I can't weigh my situation. One other class is giving me issues. But that's because I have this woman for two classes and she insists on giving tons of minimal point homework that is freakishly long. grrr...
I might make it out with a C which sucks hard core. I hate c's. Yet they are plaguing me lately. I also made a horrible grade on my last geography test which is just ridiculous. I am great a memorization which is all this class consists of. I just stupidly forgot about the test until about 2am the night before. Great huh? Lucky for me I always make perfect scores on the map quizzes. Granted they are only worth 25 points but hey, anything helps. I also go to the extra credit stuff.
The last extra credit movie was actually very cool. It was about communist North Korea. Man I can't believe the things they do to make them hate us. In school they tell them how great the general is and then tell them how awful we are and that we are going to come in and kill them all and stuff like that. They showed the family they were filming and their power goes out about once every evening. It went out and they were sitting there saying, "Damn americans. This is all their fault." WOW! There was a lot more like that and it was really amazing. I learned a lot about them and the way they live.
Also, I'd like to say that Avatar: The Last Airbender is the most amazing cartoon ever. It actually has a great story line and everything. It's great. Brian bought the first season. It rocks. I want to buy the second season when it comes out.
Oh, I have a puddle growing from a leak under the floor in my hallway. Mike says hi. Anywho, it's interesting. Shawna, I have my own personal puddle in my hallway. I splash in it every time I go by. Hopefully it gets fixed soon because I imagine all underneath our floor is filled with water.

| Well, I had a great Spring Break. I was going to stay in Tulsa until Tuesday so I could go to my stage combat class and then go to Stillwater. That did happen but barely. My car, Daisy, decided she wanted to suddenly have a fit and break down on the first day of break though. Luckily we weren't far from Brian's parent's business. So the next morning they got it there. Well, long story short, the AAA people towed it and it was fixed with a good chunk of what was to be money spent frivolously. Oh well, it just wasn't meant to be. But Brian's parents took us to Olive Garden on Tuesday and then I went and picked up Jennifer and Mia and we went to Stillwater. It was fun. We ate Chinese with Kara and her friends. I took Jen and Mia back on Thursday. Friday I got my naval pierced, which is adorable even if certain other people don't think so. You know who you are. Saturday, I went to circle with Kara which was okay, even if it was the worst one I'd ever been to. They definately are a relaxed group who don't follow normal circle standards. Anyway, Kara and I just hung out the rest of the night and now I'm back. fun fun. Well, I hope everyone else's break was either better or more restful. Babies do not make break restful. But at least I gave Kara a break. | | |
| I'm not really sure what to say. A lot and then nothing has been going on at the same time if that makes sense. I went to Tulsa to babysit my niece. She is almost 13 months old. She is maturing into a toddler. She doesn't look like an infant anymore. I love that kiddo. She is beautiful. Although she did wake me up at 2:30 crying she is still perfect. LOL Well, thats about all that has happened because I have been on the verge of death all week. I was soooooooo sick. I felt blah. I missed two days of class but then made myself go the rest of the week. Everyone was bugging me to go to the doctor but I put it off and said I'd go this week. But ha! I'm almost all better. Still coughing and my voice is strange still but hey...no big thing. oh well, I've got to go now. | | |
| Okay, so my financial aid officer is my new favorite person. She set me up with a bigger loan that I was able to get just because I am a junior. That will only leave me with about $35 in debt. That completely rocks! So, that is a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Life will be easier now that is for sure. So that mean when I get paid Friday (hopefully) I am going to celebrate with my friends by going out to eat. | | |
| Monday was such a blast!!! I got to go to my first class of stage combat! We were learning the dagger and rapier. My arms are killing me but I had so much fun. Now if only I can get permission from my HM to let me take a class on Mondays from 8-9 in Tulsa because that would not allow me enough time to get back in time for the every Monday 10:00 meeting. Hopefully she will let me. That way I can perform in the Stroud Med Fair. All I can do is ask.
P.S. HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY MIA ELISE!!!!!!!!!! My baby niece is 1 today!!!! yay!!! | | |
